Overland Park Xchange (OPx)

OPx is the redevelopment of the former Overland Park International Trade Center resulting in its transformation to open, collaborative Class A office space.

The massive exterior renovation entailed removal of the existing brick system, which was replaced with fabricated metal panels that simulate wood and glass. The result is a contemporary, updated look.

In addition to site reconfiguration, utility relocation, and ADA compliance improvements, the project entailed a 50,000 SF addition and new parking garage.
