• Demonstrated success in overseeing all on-site construction activities including safety, scheduling, budget, and quality aspects of large-scale construction projects from groundbreaking through project closeout 
• Exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills 
• Ensures compliance with contractual terms 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all trades and subcontractors 
• Manages construction material procurement, staging, storage and security

Preconstruction Manager

• 10+ years of experience 
• B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent 
• Adhere to highly detailed and accurate tracking processes for all aspects of estimating, bidding, negotiating, and final cost estimating  
• Clear understanding of project documents at conceptual and schematic level 
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, owners, designers, and stakeholders 

Preconstruction Estimator

• 5+ years of experience 
• B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent 
• Demonstrated knowledge of cost estimating approaches including lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus estimates
• Scope, track and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensure for accuracy
• Proficient in maintaining cost estimating database 
• Ability to engage with project owner, project manager, designers, and stakeholders
