Three Hallbrook is a 120,000 SF, four-story corporate office building located in suburban Leawood, Kansas. KBP occupies the third and fourth floors of the building, which boasts luxury-caliber finishes and a flexible layout that reflect the brand’s values of loyalty, decisiveness, and team. The first and second floors will be sub-leased to short-term tenants.
