Titan Built provided construction management for the new 64,000 SF grocery store, which replaced the chain’s 22-year-old facility.

The new store was designed to better meet changing consumer needs for convenience and elevated amenities. In addition to expanded hot foods, seafood, and meat departments, the new store offers 30 doors of cold beer, a Starbucks, a bank branch, curbside pickup, fast-casual dining, a drive-thru pharmacy, online ordering, self-checkout, and a full-service floral department.
