This newly renovated mid-century historic tower, originally constructed in 1962 in the heart of the city, offers the convenience of urban living with luxury-level amenities. In addition to retrofitting a historic structure, the project site is in the heart of the central business district, requiring extensive logistics planning to ensure safe access to the site while minimizing disruption to adjacent properties.
